About the Role
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment and onboarding. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Resposibilities
Provide professional support to the Human Resources administration in the execution of daily tasks and operations, including:
Contact Candidates: Reach out to potential candidates and schedule interviews.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Document Verification: Verify the documents provided by the candidates to ensure their authenticity
Onboarding Process: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires. Communicate with clients for smooth onboarding of candidates.
Data Maintenance: Systematically collect, store, and manage information about applicants to facilitate efficient recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements
Must have completed BBA/MBA in HR.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types
