About the Role

The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment and onboarding. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a dynamic environment.


Provide professional support to the Human Resources administration in the execution of daily tasks and operations, including:

  1. Contact Candidates: Reach out to potential candidates and schedule interviews.

  2. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  3. Document Verification: Verify the documents provided by the candidates to ensure their authenticity

  4. Onboarding Process: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires. Communicate with clients for smooth onboarding of candidates.

  5. Data Maintenance: Systematically collect, store, and manage information about applicants to facilitate efficient recruitment and selection processes.


  • Must have completed BBA/MBA in HR.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types

  • Performance bonus

  • Work Location: Remote


Must have completed BBA/MBA in HR.

Confirmed job after successful completion of internship and salary as per industry standards.
