Terms and Conditions

GENERAL:  

• The order once placed cannot be cancelled.

• The dispatches of material will start in 1st week of January 2025 and the orders would be executed on `First-Come-First-Served’ basis.

• Any complaint regarding non-receipt/short supply of the materials would be made within a month from the date of dispatch of materials.  Also, complaint of receipt of damaged material should be informed immediately along with proof of evidence & its receipt of copy of Invoice/Delivery Challan along the material. Complaints received thereafter will not be entertained.

• Last date for receipt of orders with full advance payment is 30th December 2024. Orders received thereafter may be executed subject to availability of material.

• Complaints for late order receipts of material will not be entertained for orders received after 30th December 2024.

• No Late Delivery (LD) charges will be applicable for the orders received after 30th December 2024.

• The colours of the utility gift articles may vary from the Photo Catalogue depending on the availability of raw materials.

Taxes: 

1. GST will be applicable as per the GST rates mentioned in the catalogue.

2. If the organisation is locating under SEZ area and exempted from GST then provide the ‘SEZ Certificate’ along with the order.  If the SEZ certificate not provided along with the order, GST will be applicable and will be paid by you.

3. If TDS is deducted, the TDS certificate should be sent within a period of one month from the payment.  NSC’s PAN No. is AAA TN 3069 N.
